Cancellation Policy
Cancellation If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a 20% penalty. Booking Changes You may change the time or date of your booking, subject to availability, up to 48 hours before your session.
